As a kid I hated pork chops. And I'm still not really a fan of pork. But my boyfriend made a delicious spicy raspberry glaze for a cut that he BBQ'd. I just used the leftovers for this. You could probably use just about any fruit glaze. The one my boyfriend made used raspberry jelly, fresh raspberries and red pepper flakes.

Raspberry Pork Chops
As a kid I hated pork chops. And I'm still not really a fan of pork. But my boyfriend made a delicious spicy raspberry glaze for a cut that he BBQ'd. I just used the leftovers for this.
